Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to our Referral Program, accessible at brandedqrcode.com or www.brandedqrcode.com. These Referral Program Terms (“Terms”) govern your participation in our Referral Program. By creating a discount code on our Referrals page, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Overview of the Program

We offer a Referral Program for all purchases on our platform (token purchases as well as subscription plans).

  • For the Referrer:
    When a new customer (the “Referred Customer”) makes their Initial Purchase using your unique discount code, you will receive a one-time cash reward equal to $5 for static QR code token purchases or $15 for any subscription plan purchases. This reward applies only to the initial purchase and does not extend to any subsequent purchases, upgrades or downgrades.
  • For the Referred Customer:
    The customer who applies a discount code will receive a 20% discount on any initial purchase (including any upgrades for subscriptions made in the same billing period). 
    Note: A customer can only use a discount code once.

2. Discount Code Creation and Usage

  • Creation:
    To create a discount code, you must sign up or log in and navigate to the Referrals page. You will be allowed to create one unique discount code. Once created, the code cannot be changed or regenerated.
  • Shareable Referral Link:
    In addition to your discount code, you will be provided with a unique shareable referral link that has your discount code pre-filled. You may share this link with potential customers, and when they sign up using the link, the discount code will be automatically applied to their account, to try to ensure you receive credit for your referral.
  • Tracking:
    Your Referrals page will display a dashboard where you can track your discount code’s performance. The dashboard will show:
    • The amount that has already been paid out to you,
    • The pending payment amount,
    • The number of people who have signed up using your discount code,
    • The number of people who have used your discount code, and
    • The initial purchase plan categories to which your code was applied and when they were applied.

Self-Referral Prohibition:
You are not permitted to use your own discount code. Any discount code applied to an account owned by the referrer will be deemed invalid and will not qualify for a reward.

3. Commission Payment and Forfeiture of Reward

  • Commission Payment:
    When a Referred Customer makes an Initial Purchase using your discount code, you will be credited with a one-time reward equal to $5 for static QR code token purchases or $15 for any subscription plan purchases. To receive commission payments, you must provide valid PAYPAL email; only the PAYPAL email address you supply will be used for processing your commissions. All rewards are processed and paid out by the 10th of the following calendar month using PAYPAL only. We will contact you via the email address you signed up with to notify you of the payment arrangements.
  • Forfeiture Clause:
    Should the payment fail due to you providing us an incorrect PAYPAL email or for any other issue related to your PAYPAL account, we would contact you via email. If we do not receive a response to our email from you by the end of the calendar month following the calendar month in which the reward is credited, you forfeit your right to claim that reward.
  • Exclusions:
    No rewards will be issued for transactions related to plan upgrades, downgrades, or any subsequent purchases beyond the Initial Purchase.

4. Eligibility and Enrollment

Participation in our Referral Program is open to all users who have registered on brandedqrcode.com. By creating a discount code and using it to refer others, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Referral Program Terms.

5. Program Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program or these Terms at any time without prior notice. However, modifications will not affect rewards already earned based on valid Initial Purchases. Continued use of your discount code after any changes signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.

6. General Provisions

  • Compliance:
    You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with your participation in our Referral Program.
  • Intellectual Property:
    All intellectual property rights related to the discount code, referral dashboard, and any associated materials remain our property. You are granted a limited license to use these materials solely in connection with the Referral Program.
  • Limitation of Liability:
    We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your participation in the Referral Program.
