All purchases made on BrandedQRCode are final, non-refundable, and non-cancellable, including:
- Tokens for creating static QR codes.
- Subscriptions to dynamic basic, dynamic pro or Enterprise QR code plans.
Refunds will not be issued for unused tokens, unused subscription periods, or cancellations initiated by the user, except under the conditions outlined below.
2. Special Circumstances
In exceptional cases, we may issue refunds at our sole discretion. These cases include but are not limited to:
- Technical errors that result in duplicate purchases.
- Failure to deliver services due to errors or issues on our platform.

3. No Refunds for Forfeited Tokens
Accounts that remain inactive for 12 months without a subscription or token purchase will be terminated in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. Any remaining tokens in these accounts will be forfeited, and no refunds will be issued for unused token balances.
4. Subscription Cancellations
- Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. However, cancellations will only stop future renewals and will not result in refunds for the current billing period or the remaining subscription period.
- Users retain access to their subscription benefits until the end of the billing cycle.
5. Chargebacks and Disputes
